The Customer Services telephone number is 0901 331 0031 (calls cost 10p per minute from BT landlines, calls from mobiles and some other networks may be higher). This ‘phone is only answered during office hours, Monday to Friday 08:00 until 20:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00 until 18:00. An old fashioned letter with a sticky stamp should be addressed to:- Customer Services megabus.
