You can reach an AT&T Business Customer Service Representative by dialing the number listed on your AT&T bill. Reference your monthly paper bill or log in to AT&T BusinessDirect and click on Accessing Your Account . Select a bill from the View your bill section. You can access a toll-free number to speak to an AT&T billing representative by clicking on the Customer Service button at the bottom of any page. If you do not see a Customer Service button, return to the page with the Bill Date by clicking on your browser’s Back button. Click on the Contact Us link located on the left navigation bar to contact AT&T with your question.
