How can I contact a buyer/seller after the 30 day time limit has expired?
If your cash deal partner (buyer/seller) does not choose to give you their contact details then there is no way for you to contact them directly after the 30-day period has elapsed. However, most buyers/sellers exchange email addresses as part of their transaction so this is seldom a problem. If for some reason you must contact another GameTrade member after the 30-day period has elapsed, contact GameTrade at: trade-help@gametrade.com.au and we will contact the member for you.
