How can I configure OpenNMS to use RRDTool instead of JRobin for latency and performance data?

Do not do this unless you fully understand the implications, which include losing all your historical latency and performance data and possibly decreased performance of openNMS on your system. You will need the appropriate platform-specific JNI library to allow openNMS to communicate with the C-language RRDTool libraries. Instructions for making this change are in the comments at the top of file rrd-configuration.properties.
