How can I configure Dazzle to automatically import a single address that I copy (ctrl + c) from a web site or e-mail?
• Open Dazzle • File -> Preferences • Click the ‘Clipboard’ tab. • Check the following boxes: • Monitor clipboard for addresses • Always run Dial-A-Zip after paste • Click ‘ok’. Domestic format: NAME or COMPANY ADDRESS CITY, STATE, ZIP NOTE: For domestic mail the last address line can NOT contain US or USA or United States, only the city, state, and zip code. International format: NAME OR COMPANY ADDRESS COUNTRY NOTE: International addresses will not automatically paste into Dazzle, you will need to right click directly on the current shipping address on Dazzle’s ‘Design’ screen and choose ‘paste’. • Open Dazzle and minimize it. • Highlight your shipping address from your other source (web page or email). • Hold down the ‘Ctrl’ key and hit the letter ‘c’ key on your keyboard. • Dazzle will flash on the Windows task bar if it is minimized, click on Dazzle to maximize the program. • The new shipping address should appear on the Design screen. • Click ‘Print’. • Set the mail class, packag
