How can I compile AOLserver on HP-UX, both 10.20 and 11.x?

Dossy: Good question. If I had easy access to HP-UX machines, I’d try it myself. AOLserver 4.x should hopefully build on HP-UX without any changes, but I’m only guessing. HPUX doesn’t implement a lot of BSD/POSIX IPC functions, or so I hear.
