How can I compare the alternatives’ effects on traffic flow side-by-side?
In November of 2009, as part of a Public Information Open House, a Preliminary Criteria Matrix (page 3) was developed, shared and posted online for the alternatives then under consideration. This document shows estimated % changes in trip times on the corridor, the cost of trips, number of persons moving through the corridor, and more, side-by-side, for each alternative. It is important to note that Alternative 6B is still in modeling and is not represented in this document. Revised and updated alternative details will be available in Spring 2011.
