Capture mode will allow you to include the output from multiple print operations (even from multiple applications) into one multi page document that can be faxed in one transmission. Click the ‘capture mode’ button to turn capture mode on. While capture mode is on, perform your print operations from your applications. When you are finished with the last print operation, go back to snappy fax and click the ‘capture mode’ button again to turn off capture mode. Snappy fax will assemble the individual documents from the various print operations into one multi-page document and load the document into the image viewer. You can then click the ‘fax current image’ button to fax that multi-page document. If you are performing only one print operation from one application, do no use capture mode.
