The correct answer is that you can not. Once a warrant is issued, it stays in effect forever until you are arrested. The only thing you can do is to contact a lawyer and have him work out getting you to turn yourself in, get booked and then get released on bond. Then have the attorney work out a deal to get the charges taken care of once and for all. The bottom line is, if there is a warrant, you must be booked into jail before anything else can happen.
