Cleaning and disinfection of the wetdeck surface should always be carried out in accordance with regulatory or site specific health and safety requirements. How easy this can be done depends on the regulations and the type of your cooling tower. Some fill packs are easy to clean, others require sheets or pack replacement. Also note that cleaning is not a substitute for water treatment, it is part of an overall maintenance programme.
