How can i clean my fur boots without letting the fur mat?
Just a thought, but it seems like it would work since they are fur. Pet stores carry waterless & rinse-free dog and cat bathing products. They come in several forms including wipes, liquid that you massage in but don’t have to rinse out; spray to comb through; powder, etc. Since the products are also made for cats which have pretty fine, easily matted fur, I would think they would work for any kind of fur. I have used a rinse-free human body wash (for people who are bedridden) on dogs, and it cleans very well and leaves no residue. I’ve also used a powder cleaner on a cat, but found that it took a lot of work to get the powder out of the cat’s fur. One caution — the fur on your boots might be dyed, so I’d test a small area first for color-fastness. Just a thought.
