Use dilute bleach and clean it off. It is caused by lack of ventilation so try to keep a window open especially at night in the bedroom. Your breath for 8 hours gives out a lot of moisture and it will condense on the cold surfaces around the windows and encourage the growth of this mould.

Try Fantastik spray cleaner with lemon. I used to own a boat that always got mildew on the vinyl seats. It’s the best thing i ever found to remove it.

only bleach will get rid of mildew and you will have to use it quite a few times before its all gone.
