How can I claim my missing Sindbad Miles for travel on Oman Air or any of the partners?
If you are missing Sindbad or Status Miles from your account, you may make a retro claim through the Membership Service Centre in Oman within six months of your travel date by calling the Membership Service Centre or emailing the Membership Service Centre on sindbadffp@omanair.aero. To make a retro claim you will need to provide your original boarding cards and a copy of your ticket. Once your flight has been verified, your Sindbad and Status Miles will be immediately credited to your account.
