How can I claim my missing Qmiles for Qatar Airways and how long will it take before the missing miles are credited to my account?
Claims can be made up to 6 months after the date of travel on Qatar Airways. For missing miles on Qatar Airways, please log onto www.qmiles.com and submit your claim online. You would need to provide your flight details and ticket number. If the claim for missing miles on Qatar Airways is submitted online with all the necessary information, the miles will be credited as below: • Qmiles will be credited within 48 hours for flights taken prior to the previous month. • Qmiles will be credited within 45 days for flights taken from the previous month onwards. For missing mile requests on Qatar Airways made through other channels, we will require up to 45 days to credit your account. You will need to provide a copy of your boarding pass and ticket for Qatar Airways flights.
