I removed the option for a slow or fast refresh of the image because my bandwidth isn’t limited as much as before. From now on, my webcam will check with the server regularly (every few seconds) to see if it has been updated. If it has, the picture will refresh. I do not do “live” second-by-second cam shows, ever.
