You can obtain this information from accessing Start / Control Panel / System. Then select the Hardware tab. Access the Device Manager. From here look for the Creative audio device (e.g. Creative SB Live! Series) under the heading of Sound, video and game controllers. Double-click on the Creative audio device and read the information from the Driver tab.
