How can I check the balance on my Simon Giftcard?
There are three ways you can keep track of your balance: Visit www.simongiftcard.com; call the toll-free number located on the back of the card, anytime, 24 hours a day, to make automated balance inquiries; or stop by the Simon Guest Services at your nearest Simon mall. Make sure you have the 16-digit card number and the 3-digit code on back of the card.
