How can I check my Cash Passsport balance, view my transaction history or change my PIN?
You can manage these everyday aspects of your Cash Passport online as soon as you’ve registered on ‘My Account’, or you can call Card Services. Please note that you cannot change your PIN if you have a Prepaid MasterCard Currency card. If you have a Visa ATM card or a Visa Debit card and you want to change your PIN to something more memorable, you can follow the instructions on ‘My Account’, once you’ve registered your Card. Alternatively, you can call Card Services and change your PIN over the phone.
