Make sure reQall knows your IM address by entering it on the IM Access tab on the Settings page on the website. Then add “reqall” to your IM buddy list in AIM or Yahoo Messenger. For Jabber or Google Talk, add “reqall@im.reqall.com” to your buddy list. Start a conversation with reQall by saying “help” and reQall will tell you what it understands.
