Right click on the screen area -> Subtitles -> choose an available subtitle. Right click one more time -> Audio -> pick up the language that you want. NOTE: You can change these settings only when your DVD supports Subtitles and Audio Languages. If you would like to set a default language for the subtitle and audio, click View on the menu bar -> Settings -> DVD Preferences tab -> choose a default Audio Language and a default Subtitle Language.
