How can I change the size of the conceptual model (CM) after it is created?
Create a new polygon, or modify the polygon used to create the conceptual model then, create a new conceptual model with this polygon. You could also consider updating the existing conceptual model. Please be aware that there is no “live update” in Visual Modflow 3D Builder, so this means you need to re-generate your horizons, property zones, and simulation domain with boundary conditions.
