To change your email address, you will need contact Fon support. Please provide the ‘Mac ID’ of your Neufbox, you will find it on the sticker of your neufbox (start by 00:17:33 or 00:25:15). Please also provide the email address for both old and new account. Warning: The new email address should not have been previously associated with a Fon account of any type.
