– In the Download/Configuration Software open the Settings Menu, select Download Options and PC Settings tab. – Click on the Select button and set the Format to PCM and the Attributes to: 16khz, 16Bit, Mono, PCM. – Click on Save as and assign a name e.g. Dragon Dictate Setting. – Click on “OK” to close the DPM Format Selection window and click on “OK” to close the Download Options window. Now you have configured the right conversion settings and every time you download dictation files from the DPM to the PC, the file will be converted automatically to the format that can be used for Dragon Dictate products.
