How can I change the default rates in Coeus?
Open the budget and clicking on Edit>rates. The Modify Rates window appears with the Applicable Rate showing the Facilities and Administration rates that applied when the budget was created and applicable rates for the budget. In the Applicable Rates column, adjust the rates as needed for ALL years shown. Select OK. To change all the Rates back to the default values (Institute Rates), Select Reset. Selecting Sync will allow you to change the rates to current University rates. This feature would be used if you created a proposal using current University rates but those rates changed after the budget was created. Sync will modify your budget using the new rates.
