Follow these steps: 1. While on your Desktop, right click your Mouse 2. A Pop-up Window will appear 3. Click on Properties 4. Another Pop-up Window appears. Click the Shortcut Tab. Click the Change Icon Button 5. Another Pop-up Window appears. Click the Browse Button 6. Use your cursor & the Arrow Button at the top to navigate to c:/program files/mitrains/icons. Pick an Icon 7. Click Open 8. You will begin to back out of the Windows.
