How can I change my e-mail address, billing address or any other personal information that needs to be changed?
You can go to: “Profile Update” logon and change your personal information. Once you have submitted the changed information it will update your record in the database. This does have a process time of approximately 3.5hrs. If you are not able to login into the ISSA website, you can go to: “Login”. If you don’t remember your password, go to: “Login” and click the “I forgot my User Id and Password” button. You will be prompted to either, enter your user id to get your password or enter your e-mail address to get your username.
