How can I change my Alias Bronze registration to a Platinum / eSupport Membership?
If you have already registered for the Alias Bronze, and hold a valid, current Platinum Membership: You can change to a Platinum Registration by inputting your valid Customer Location Code on your Alias Preferences page. To access your Alias Preferences page log into the Alias web site and click on the Edit Your Profile link in the member access bar.
