How can i change guitar chords to violin notes?
You need to first understand what key the song is in. The chords are, as you probably know, just combinations of various notes in that key. On the violin you really wouldn’t play a chord. You can play a couple notes or roll the bow to get up to 4 notes, but I don’t think that’s typically done. What you’d probably want to do is play the melody or harmony in the key signature indicated. Sorry if that’s not too helpful. I’m a guitarist, but my daughters play violin, viola, and cello. My daughter has played along with my guitar music though and I think that’s what she does (just plays something in the correct key).
