How can I change an incorrectly assigned NRD of a volunteer?

This problem can occur because each county can only be assigned to one NRD during the registration process. I assigned each county automatically to the NRD where I thought the most population is, assuming that would get most of them right. Those that are incorrect will have to manually be moved to the correct NRD.
