There are a couple of free ways to do this. If it is being played in Windows Media Player and it is a direct link, you can right click on it and go to properties. Find the link, and then download it. Unfortunately, this is a very limited. The next way is to use a screen capture. CamStudio is a very good screen capture, and it is free. This software is very easy to use, and can capture all of your screen, or just the video part, or anything in between. Then there is the professional software; Replay Media Catcher is by far the best capture software I have ever worked with. If you are serious about capturing streaming video, this is the one you want.
