How can I capture a Pikablu?

See the next question for more information. Where can I catch a Marill? I’ve tried fishing and surfing in Mt Mortar 1F, but I can’t find one. Please help! You don’t find Marill by surfing or fishing. You’ll find it in the wild in Mt. Mortar in the morning. If you register Hiker Parry’s phone number (he’s on Route 45), he’ll phone you if he sees some. It’s much easier to catch in Crystal, though, so if you’ve got it, try getting it there. No need to mess with phonecalls. Oh, and don’t forget to nickname it ‘Pikablu’!
