How can I cancel e-Statements and switch back to paper statements?
To cancel e-Statements, log in to Personal Online Banking, go to “Product and Services”, click on “Enter”, click on the “Enable Electronic Statements” box to uncheck the box in the “Enrollment Options” column, and click on the “Update” button . You automatically will not receive an e-Statement for the current cycle and will receive only a paper statement starting with the current cycle.
