How can I can install Remote Access agent on a remote computer?
Click on “Send Email invitation” button against the group under which you want to add new remote computer. Send the email invitation. Email invitation can be sent from both CSR console as well as from Site Administrator console. Once email invitation is received, open a browser on remote computer. Copy and paste Remote Access agent install URL from the email to the browser. Follow the directions in Remote Access setup Wizard to install the agent.
