How can I calculate how many tests can be performed when I know the reagent volume of each test and the total reagent available?

Take the total reagent volume and divide this by the volume required per test. Example. Each tube involved in the test required 0.2 mL of reagent and I have 35 mL of working reagent. Divide 35/0.2. This equals 175 tests.
