You must either be at least 18 years old or have clear consent and assistance from your parents to use their VISA or MasterCard credit card to purchase Neocash. • PayPal: You must either be at least 18 years old or have clear consent and assistance from your parents to use their Paypal account to purchase Neocash. • Neocash Cards: Neocash Cards are available for purchase in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. at the following stores: • In the U.S.: Target, CVS, GameStop, 7-Eleven, Rite Aid, Duane Reade, Toys”R”Us, and select grocery stores • In Canada: Shoppers Drug Mart, 7-Eleven, and Best Buy • In the U.K.: Sainsbury You will see the option to purchase Neocash at Petpet Park Mall in the lower left-hand corner on the bottom of the toolbar.
