How Can i build muscle in my arms so i can throw further flater and harder?
Throw Throw Throw Throw Repetition is the best way to do it, also doing some throwing with a 6-8 oz. weight attached to your wrist will help as well, but it is really your rotation, not your strength that is key. If you try to do it with weight lifting you can overbuild muscle which will reduce your rotation which can slow your speed down and make you less effective at being able to throw from 3rd. Your best bet is to talk to an actual HS or College coach or athletic trainer for actual exercises to help you with this. Also, based on what you say it sounds like you are an infielder, either SS or 3rd, otherwise this wouldn’t matter.
