How can I bring my pet rabbit with me from the UK to Canada?
ok i know ALL about this lol! i brought my cat and dog from australia over to canada.. they need vaccinations, they vet will give them, they will need to be quarantined for a period of about 1 week, maybe less… you cannot take it on the plane with you, there are services that bring the pets over and it will be on a different plane to you… it will be kept at a kennel and then you can pick it up at canada, probably in vancouver, that’s where i picked my guys up from. the main problem, is the price… with all the vaccinations, boarding, food, flight and everything, it cost $1000 a pet, and the bigger the pet is, the more expensive it is. im not sure about bringing a rabbit over, you would need to check it our with a vet and the pet flight company.. because rabbits get stressed very easily and can have a heart attack as a result.. if you arnt permanently living in canada and only going for a holiday, i would suggest leaving the rabbit in the care of someone you trust until you get bac
