How can I benefit from the advantages and discounts offered by my Accor Favorite Guest Business card?
To benefit from discounts and advantages, the Accor Favorite Guest Business Member is required to present his or her card, with both parts attached together (by the eyelet at the bottom of the card), at the hotel’s reception desk. If, for some reason, the two parts of the membership card become separated, the card shall be considered as unusable. In this specific case, the Member is requested to order a replacement via Customer Service.
