CDC is interested in developing relationships with willing data sources and public health partners for BioSense. To express your interest, fill out the BioSense Interest Form found here or on the home page of this website and submit your information. Once the information has been received you will be contacted by a CDC representative. If you have further questions you can email BioSense at BioSenseHelp@cdc.gov.
