How can I become addicted to weightlifting, aerobics, running, body building and anorexia?
I have read articles about people addicted to exercise and anorexia. And theese seem like great traits. If my whole life centered around working out Id understand socialism better. Anyway if anyone has tips on how to become addcited to exercise PLEASE SHARE! Getting addicted to working out is great, however you should try to avoid anorexia, because truth be told if people can see your ribs, that’s just as bad as having a roll of fat hanging over your jeans – it ain’t sexy, for men or women. As for becoming addicted to working out, just start off running in a park or even on a treadmill every morning for about 20 minutes. If you keep it up, your body will eventually just WANT that exertion and you’ll just start doing it without having to talk yourself into it. The same goes for the gym, if you can keep yourself going for about a month or two consistantly, your body will get into a pattern of it.
