How can I become a specialised Night Nanny?
To become a specialised Night Nanny you need to first meet the general registration criteria and then have a second interview with our specialised Team Manager regarding your suitability and understanding of this important role. Night Nannies also need to have extensive experience working as a Nanny or in a Centre and as a Nanny preferably with Early Childhood Qualifications, Maternity Nursing, Mothercraft Nursing, Midwifery or Peadeatric Nursing qualifications. If you do not have a qualification but have relevant experience you could become a secondary support specialist to back up our specialised Team. We also offer on the job training as well as Orientation to our Specialised Team.
