How can I become a personal assistant or social secretary without having already been one?
I’m not looking to be an assistant to a celebrity or anything. Currently I am the Executive assistant to the CEO and VP of a company. I enjoy what I do but I really enjoy the days when i’m more of a personal assistant than an executive assistant. None of the placement firms want you without at least 2 years having already been a personal assistant already. I have all the needed demonstrated skills except the in home experience. My resume is solid, I even have steller ref’s but I can’t get an agency to look at me and all reply’s to postings end up at an agency. Any idea’s?
