How can I become a Chocolatier?

To become a Chocolatier, you must make your own chocolate creations in a kitchen licensed by the State of Maine. The most important part of being a Chocolatier means you can showcase what makes you one of Southern Maine’s finest confectioners by entering a chocolate creation of your choice in any of the following categories: Brownie, Cake/Torte, Pie/Pastry, Candy/Fudge/Truffle, Cheesecake, Cookie, Mousse, and Specialty. Chocolatiers provide 1,200 pre-cut, bite size pieces of your chocolate delicacyand we mean tiny bites (imagine 30 pieces on a standard size plate). To learn more about how to become part of the Fling or to request a registration form to become a chocolatier, please contact Charlene Powell at 828-1035 or charlene@sarsonline.org.
