I’m about to leave to Marine Corps Recruit Training Feb 2010 and I want to be promoted to Lance Corporal E-3, I should be leaving PFC E-2 before I get there. How and what all do I need to be a guide and the best guide of the company to graduate Company Honor man. My goal is to leave recruit training an e-3.
