How can I be sure the person selling/trading the toy is trustworthy?
As with buying any product from a private individual via a website or print classifieds, you need to be prudent when deciding to buy from someone you don’t know personally and where location of buyer/seller makes it impossible to meet face to face to complete the exchange. We encourage Vinyl Graffiti members who have traded with another member to leave comments on the other party’s profile page describing their buying or selling experience. We plan in the near future to add a feature for traders and buyers to grade each transaction. Should you have a problem with a trade, we ask you report it to Vinyl Graffiti immediately so that we may investigate and, if necessary, suspend any member found to be acting in a fraudulent manner.
