Your I-DENTI-FIED PHR™ record is protected in a highly-secured and encrypted fashion meeting all HIPAA patient confidentiality guidelines. I-DENTI-FIED PHR™ uses multiple forms of security technology to ensure that all of your information is safe at all times. As an additional layer of safety and privacy, I-DENTI-FIED PHR™ does not disclose any database information to any third party, nor does I-DENTI-FIED import or export any information to or from the database. Only emergency depar™ent doctors and nurses or First Responder personnel may see your I-DENTI-FIED PHR™ record during an emergency.
