How can I be sure that ProfitWatch will work with my particular PBX?
Metropolis guarantees that ProfitWatch will be able to collect data from any PBX that outputs “SMDR.” For a quick check, if you have downloaded the demonstration, simply click on the “Setup” menu and select “Select PBX” from the drop-down menu. Once there, click on the drop-down menu and scroll down to find your PBX model. If it is listed, it will interface with ProfitWatch. If your particular model is not listed, please call Metropolis or your PBX vendor to verify your PBX allows us to collect data via the SMDR port. Click here for Metropolis contact information.
