How can I be sure that OfficeWatch will work with my particular PBX?
Metropolis guarantees that OfficeWatch will be able to collect data from any PBX that outputs “SMDR.” For a quick check, if you have downloaded the demonstration, simply click on the “Setup” menu and select “Select PBX” from the drop-down menu. Once there, click on the drop-down menu and scroll down to find your PBX model. If it is listed, it will interface with OfficeWatch.
