Confirmation of any processed transactions will be sent to your e-mail address. If you have not provided us with your e-mail address, your confirmation letter will be mailed to your home address. If you would like to add or update your e-mail address, please click on the Update E-mail tab in your PlanWeb account. You are responsible for monitoring the transaction activity that is requested using PlanWeb or the VRS. If you receive a written confirmation that is inconsistent with your instructions, or if you fail to receive a written confirmation after requesting a transaction via internet or telephone, you should contact NADART for clarification.
