How can I be sure that my participants’ PlanWeb or VRS investment elections are processed correctly?
Confirmation of any processed transactions will be sent to the participant’s e-mail address within 2 business day. If no e-mail address is on file, it will be sent to their home address as provided on your payroll file. Participants may add or update their e-mail address through the Update E-mail tab in their PlanWeb account. Participants are responsible for monitoring the transaction activity that is requested using PlanWeb or the VRS. If they receive a written confirmation that is inconsistent with their instructions, or if they fail to receive a written confirmation after requesting a transaction via internet or telephone, they should contact NADART for clarification.
